The Guide is a listings website packed full of ‘nudges’ prompting venues to stock great low and no alcohol beers and wines and local & craft soft drinks that customers want.
The incentive for pubs and bars is a promotional campaign to get customers into the local venue to rate and review the best ones. Customers pick the winner.
It is a great tool for councils that is scalable, cost effective, requires no officer time with a full localised impact evaluation.
How it works
A real person goes to every pub to get them on board and get them started.
Pubs claim their listing and answer questions about their low and no alcohol drinks range.
Venues get a score and an assessment – what they do well, what they can improve, and how neighbouring venues score.
They can access a vault of case studies to improve their score and a list of local wholesalers giving them easy access to new products.
Club Soda runs a community based multi-channel campaign, encouraging people to try out their local and rate the drinks range and service.
